Application forms shall have a space for all applicants to declare their Ethnic Origin (for monitoring purposes only).

In order to achieve this objective, all managers responsible for recruitment should ensure they measure the suitability of each candidate against the requirements for the job.
It is not normal for us to use selection tests in our industry but if they are used, we should ensure that they relate to job requirements and are not unlawful discriminatory
